Senior Editor, Barry Wilson has left popular stock news and information web site, The Markets Are Open, early Monday morning when executives discovered that he has engaged in transgressions.
“I still can’t believe it,” said Andy “Raw” Kibbens, co-CEO of The Markets Are Open and star analyst.
When asked if anyone else knew about the problems at home that Brian was having, Paul Ford the Senior writer said “He threatened to delete all my articles, his personality had changed.” George Arthur another Senior Writer confirmed the story. “It’s true.” Arthur said. “Barry hasn’t been doing any work for months either. I’ve had to rely on the lower level interns to edit my work. It’s as if some of them can barely read.” When asked why no one was notified Arthur continued, “Allan and Andy seemed really busy with their hedge fund and had been having incredible performance. I didn’t want to bother them with such devastating news.”
Paul Hudgens a Senior Portfolio Manager at TMAO had this recollection, “I was told that Barry was supposed to fly to Nevada for a week to meet with some clients about promotion.
“This is quite serious,” said Allan Edwards co-CEO of The Markets Are Open. “We’re getting Barry some help. I’ve been telling everyone including the press that we’ve checked Barry into the proper clinic for rehabilitation. He’s going to be okay.”
Operations at The Markets Are Open will continue to run as usual. The firm has requested resumes to be sent in to fill in the Senior Editor’s position.
