BAC Remains Cheap (NYSE: BAC)

NEW YORK - Goldman Sachs has changed their target price on a number of financial institutions today. The target price of BAC was lowered to $16, WFC to $38, PNC to $60 and they have raised the target price of USB to $28. But short-term market forecasts are poison and should be kept locked up in a safe place, away from children and also
from grown-ups who behave in the market like children," as Warren Buffet said.

But Goldman analysis is consistently inconsistent. There are rapid price changes by the firm, and the target prices appear to be more imaginative than actual analysis.
