How U.S. Banks Have Fared (NYSE: PNC) (NYSE: WFC) (NYSE: BAC)

NEW YORK - Investors often gauge how a stock does on the day it reports to how the stock does over the oncoming months.

PNC Financial stocks was at $61.62 on the day it reported, the stock increased on the following days but is now below that original price. The company reported over $800 million of profit.

Bank of America is one of the worst hit stocks since it reported on April 15. The stock has lost 13% of its value since it reported. The bank has continued to struggle posting sluggish profitability

Perhaps most surprisingly, Wall Street fav, WFC has declined from over $30 to $27.5 after it reported. What is surprising is the company reported record results, but investors have punished the stock.
