Mosaic Co (NYSE:MOS) shares are among the top large stock gainers and jumped about 3% to $57.95. This morning, analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. upgraded the stock to overweight from neutral. In other words, the firm expects the stock to beat the average total return of companies the analyst covers over the next six to 12 months.
 
Best Buy Co Inc (NYSE:BBY) is up 0.96% to $27.22. The data from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners suggested that Best Buy might have sold nearly as many iPhone's as Apple over the last three months. The report revealed that Best Buy sold 13% of all iPhones.
 
Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) shares are falling by over 5% after surging over 11% in yesterday’s session. Yesterday, the company announced that it has reached an agreement NEC Corp. to sell its information-management business for $449 million. So far this year, the stock is up over 4.50%.
 
Sturm, Ruger & Company (NYSE:RGR) is down 0.35% to $47.76 after soaring over 10% in the previous trading session. Yesterday, the company announced that it was rewarded multiple orders for more than one million units for the first quarter 2012. Hence, the Company has temporarily suspended the acceptance of new orders. The Company will announce its results and file its first quarterly report on May 1, 2012.
 
Cost Plus Inc (NASDAQ:CPWM) soared 16.67% to $18.69. The Company reported fourth quarter profit of $36.5 million or $1.55 per share compared to $28.5 million or $1.23 per share in the prior year period. Net sales increased 6.7% to $364.3 million. The increase in sales was due to 3.4% increase in customer count as the average ticket per customer climbed 4.1%. However, analysts estimated profit of $1.50 per share on revenue of $362 million.
