Yahoo! Inc (NASDAQ:YHOO) declined 0.92% to $15.02 Fandango is announced a partnership with Yahoo. Caterpillar Inc (NYSE:CAT) plunged 2.55% to $110.83. The Company said that global retail sales of its construction and mining machinery increased 21% for the three months due to strong sales expansion in North America continued to offset moderating sales growth in other regions. During the February period, the Company reported sales in Europe, Africa and the Middle East rose by 13%.
 
Priceline.com Inc (NASDAQ:PCLN) went down 0.63% to $692.55 after surging recently. The stock has been struggling to cross $700 mark, which considers as key psychological barrier. Morgan Stanley increased the price target on the stock from $725 to $775. Recently, the Company announced the pricing of $875 million principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2018 to qualified institutional buyers. The Company plans to use the net proceeds to repurchase approximately $166 million of its outstanding common stock in private negotiations. Yesterday, analyst at extend last week's rally this afternoon, Monness Crespi Hardt lifted the price target on the stock by $100 to $800.
 
Targacept , Inc. (NASDAQ:TRGT) plunged 27.67% to $5.36 in the early hour after the company along with AstraZeneca PLC announced top-line results from the remaining Phase 3 studies investigating efficacy, tolerability and safety of TC-5214 as an adjunct therapy to an antidepressant in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) who did not respond adequately to initial antidepressant treatment.
