A total of 150,000 pounds of U3O8 were sold at $50 per pound for gross proceeds of $7.52 million, bringing total sales for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012 to 270,000 pounds. With this latest sale, the company will end Fiscal 2012 with total revenue generated from uranium sales of $13.76 million.

Meru Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:MERU) shares climbed 8.54% to $3.43 in the early hour. The company last month announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. Total revenues for the second quarter of 2012 were $24.5 million, up 5% from $23.2 million in the second quarter of 2011. GAAP net loss was $6.5 million, or a net loss of $0.36 per basic and diluted share, as compared to net loss of $9.8 million, or $0.56 loss per basic and diluted share, for the same period of 2011.
