and closed at $13.68 in the last trading session. The company yesterday
reported a second-quarter net loss of $73.0 million, or $0.43 per share, as
compared to a net loss of $47.2 million, or $0.67 per share in the year ago
quarter. Total revenues declined to $62.33 million from $72.81 million in the
prior year quarter. Analysts expected the company to report a loss of $0.19 per
share on revenue estimate of $74.50 million for the quarter.

Vringo, Inc. (AMEX:VRNG) shares climbed 8.94% and
closed at $3.90 in the previous trading session. According to public filings,
AOL has settled on their own Patent infringement suit with Vringo but still
remains a defendant in the Litigation against Google. According to several publications, a
settlement in favor of Vringo could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars in
while a win could top over into the billions of dollars, but investors will
have to wait until October 16, 2012 when Vringo is scheduled to go to trial on
