Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) shares are
showing very volatile session in the opening session and was recently trading
lower by 0.88% to $2.81, off session high of $2.90 and session low is $2.71.
The countdown has started. In a few hours on
Wednesday, Nokia Corporation (ADR)(NYSE:NOK) and Microsoft
Corporation(NASDAQ:MSFT) will be set to unveil the Finnish company's most
powerful smartphone in a bid to take a shot at toppling the dominance of Apple
and Google in the segment.
Nokia is trying to take back its position as the
world's largest maker of mobile devices, a position that it lost earlier this
year to Samsung.
Microsoft on its part is a new entrant to the mobile
phone market and is trying to gain a foothold in a sector where rival Apple is
streets ahead of it.

NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE:NS) stock fell 4.55% to
$48.66 after the company announced the pricing of an offering of 6,200,000
common units at a public offering price of $48.94 per unit. The partnership has
granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 930,000 additional
common units. In the offering, the partnership expects that 490,000 common
units will be sold to William E. Greehey, the Chairman of the board of
directors of NuStar GP, LLC. The offering is scheduled to close September 10,
2012.
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) stock
declined 4.67% to $3.47 after the company’s stock was downgraded by equities
researchers at Evercore Partners from an “equal weight” rating to an
“underweight” rating in a report issued yesterday. They currently have a $4.00
target price on the stock.
Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:PSTI) shares
climbed 12.17% to $4.70 in the early hour after the company announced that the
Company's Placental eXpanded (PLX) cells were successfully administered to a
third patient in Hadassah Medical Center; thus, a series of three life saving
compassionate use treatments were completed. The outcome of those treatments
potentially suggests that the Company's PLX cells may have significant
potential to treat a range of indications of bone marrow diseases.

Green Dot Corporation (NYSE:GDOT) stock jumped
11.10% to $12.31 after Piper Jaffray raised its rating on Green Dot Corporation
from Neutral to Overweight with a reiterated $20 price target.
Additionally, The Law Offices of Todd M. Garber said
it filed class action lawsuit consisting of all persons or entities, who
purchased the securities of Green Dot Corp. in between January 26 and July 26,
in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
