Canadian Banks Lead the Way: RY, BNS, TD, BMO, CM
Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE: RY) is up 2.66% today. Canadian banks are set to report earnings at the beginning of December. The stocks have been beaten down along with the US banks for quite some time despite continuing profitability. Bank of Nova Scotia (NYSE: BNS) rose 1.59%, TD Bank (NYSE: TD) jumped 0.88%, Bank of Montreal (NYSE: BMO) moved up 2.22%, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (NYSE: CM) jumped 1.23%.
