The Down Jones Stocks (NYSE: BAC) (NYSE: GE) (NYSE: AA)

NEW YORK - Shares of General Electric have been virtually flat for 2 years. The company which makes everything from jet engines to dishwashers has become an out of favor stock.

Shares of Bank of America have also been in a tailspin as investors have moved out of the banking sector in general and into so called positive "headline stocks". Alcoa is down 65% from its pre-recession levels.
