Hefner Wants Privacy (NYSE: PLA)

NEW YORK - Hugh Hefner the iconic businessman who is known for having a mansion full of Playboy girls, has finally been able to plant his whole seed in Playboy as he announced that he will take full ownership of the company.

Playboy is the organization that Hefner started in Chicago in 1953, financed by a $1,000 loan from his mother. 58 years later, Playboy will no longer be owned by a gang of shareholders and it will now owned by one man. The deal is worth $6.15 a share or $207 million. Hefner already had 70 % control of the voting stock and 28% of the stock. Now Hefner can be able to control the organization without the scrutiny of the public eye.
