Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) Gains Another 3% -QLIK, CVX, SLB, GRPN, FB


Qlik Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:QLIK) shares climbed 1.89% to $18.31 in the early hour after the company said that ir currently expects second-quarter revenue in the range of $84.0 million - $86.0 million or around 14% - 16% year-over-year growth, while analysts expect second quarter revenue of $93.63 million.

Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) stock fell 0.49% to $104.55 in the morning hour after the company announced that its U.K. subsidiary has entered front-end engineering and design (FEED) on the Rosebank oil and gas project in the West of Shetland region. The project will include a floating production, storage and offloading vessel, production and water injection wells, subsea facilities, and a gas export pipeline.

Schlumberger Limited. (NYSE:SLB) shares climbed 1.14% to $65.91 in the early hour. Anton Oilfield Services (Group) Ltd. announced that it has received a corporate substantial shareholder notice filed by Schlumberger NV that Schlumberger has acquired 423,361,944 shares in Anton Oilfield Services, representing 20.10% of the issued share capital of Anton Oilfield Services, on July 6, 2012.

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) shares increased 0.89% to $8.52 in the morning hour. On July 2, 2012, the company’s Chairman Eric Lefkofsky said that he is stepping back from hands-on, operational involvement in the company to focus more on his venture capital firm Lightbank. Lefkofsky wrote in his personal blog that he looks forward to continuing to work with Groupon Chief Executive Andrew Mason as chairman of the company's board of directors.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) stock fell 2.93% to $32.66 in the early hour after Yahoo and Facebook said on Friday that they have that they have settled a patent litigation case that began in March, also entered into definitive agreements that launch a new advertising partnership and strengthening distribution arrangements.
