Rockwell Collins Inc (NYSE:COL) decreased 4.86% to $46.79 after the Company declared third quarter results.  Income from continuing operations was $166 million compared to $157 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share were $1.14 compared to $1.01 in the third quarter of 2011. Earnings per share growth were due to the favorable effect of the Company's share repurchase program. Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE:DLPH) went down 0.78% to $26.68 on a traded volume of 402k shares. Fitch Ratings has assigned initial Issuer Default Ratings of 'BBB-' to Delphi Automotive PLC and its subsidiary Delphi Corporation. The ratings apply to $982 million in secured term loans, a $1.3 billion secured revolving credit facility and $1 billion in senior unsecured notes.

EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) is up 0.69% to $24.97 on a traded volume of 14.01 million shares. The Company announced second quarter net income of $649.5 million or 29 cents per share compared to $546.5 million or 24 cents per share in the same quarter previous year.  Revenue increased 9.6% to $5.31 billion.

Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ:GNTX) slipped 27.90% to $15.23 on a traded volume of 11.25 million shares after the Company reported second quarter results. Net sales increased 15% to $280.3 million. Net income was $40.8 million compared to net income of $38.5 million in the second quarter of 2011. Earnings per diluted share were 28 cents compared to 27 cents per share in the second quarter of 2011.
