agreed to acquire from HudBay Minerals Inc. 100% of the life of mine silver
production from its currently producing 777 Mine (777), located in Canada, and

Lamar Advertising Co (NASDAQ:LAMR) shares climbed
9.56% to $34.51 after the company posted second-quarter net income of $13.9
million or $0.15 per share from $11.4 million or $0.12 per share in the same
quarter last year. Net revenues were $304.9 million for the recent quarter,
versus $293.3 million for the same quarter of 2011. Analysts expected earnings
per share of $0.15 on revenue of $303.95 million for the quarter.
