Amazon.com,
Inc.(NASDAQ:AMZN) has recently declared that the Kindle Fire HD 8.9 is running
just in time for the holiday shopping season. Interested customers can place
their orders at the official Amazon website for $299. The tablet is also
available at Best Buy, Radio Shack and Staples in the upcoming weeks. The
tablet will be shipped from next week.
Kindle
Fore HD 8.9 has proved to be the best-selling product of Amazon in the world
since it has been launched. With the holiday season almost here, Amazon seems
to be pretty excited to make their tablet available ahead of time. Vice
President, Dave Limp believes that customers are going to love the gaming,
e-mailing, web browsing, reading magazine, enjoying the HD display and many
more.
To
sum all the features up, Kindle Fire HD will come with a vibrant 8.9, 1920 x
1200 resolution display, the latest generation TI OMAP 4470 processor, a
high-end graphics engine, dual antenna, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual stereo speakers
with Dolby Digital technology, impressive battery life, new features like X-Ray

from 20th November. Amazon has worked closely with AT&T to
provide the most reasonable 4G tablet data plan. The $49.99 plan is only
available for the first year of service. Customers can also opt for upgrading
to 3 or 5 GB data plans from AT&T from the tablet itself.
